When you receive your order, it is possible, in rare cases, that one or more products are not suitable for you. If this situation arises, you have a period of 14 days to assert your right of withdrawal (which you will find all the terms and conditions in article 8.4 of our  General conditions of sale ). We invite you to contact our  Customer service  by email at contact@chiensetchatsaunaturelbycf.com in order to inform us that the product does not suit you and that you want a refund. => For a refund, please contact our Customer Service for the procedure to follow. To exchange or refund, the unsuitable product (s) must be returned to the following address: 14 Allée de la Bibliothèque 42340 Veauche. The product (s) must be intact, in their original condition, in their packaging. The product must not have been opened, used or show visible signs of deterioration in order to guarantee its hygiene and its perfect condition for resale. We invite you in any case to contact our  Customer service  in order to know the most appropriate approach to your problem.
